Return Policy and General Information

RETURNS

We guarantee that you will be satisfied with the results from using our product or you can return it for a full refund of your product purchase price.


Any return that has not followed the below return procedures shall be rejected and returned to the customer.

 

All Requests For Return Must:

 

Be received between 90 days and 180 days of purchase. (This allows adequate time for the unit to work after the nesting period is over and the goslings learn to fly.)

Email info@GeeseProblemSolved.com giving a short description of the reason for return. Once approved, a return e-mail from the company will provide a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and an address to return the product to. The company will not accept any returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. RMA numbers must appear on the shipping label of boxes containing the return.

All customers will be responsible for return freight on any return, regardless of reason. Customers further agree to insure the return for the entire value of the shipment.

SHIPPING AND LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Cart Concepts, Inc. dba www.GeeseProblemSolved.com does not hold any responsibility for any lost shipment due to shipping carrier’s mistakes, errors or wrongdoings. We primarily use FedEx however we may at our discretion use other carriers. We will assist where possible any disputes with FedEx or another carrier, however the ultimate resolution is between the customer and FedEx or the selected carrier.

Specifically, Cart Concepts, Inc. dba www.GeeseProblemSolved.com products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for two years from date of purchase. The company will assist customers to fulfill their warranties; however at no time is the company responsible for any manufacturers warranties and /or disputes.
